The Clowning for Kidz Foundation is an all volunteer operated locally based charity where over 90% of the funds collected are distributed back into the community to meet the needs of children, through our charitable programs.
Clowning for Kidz provides micro-grants designed to help children under the age of 16 with medical, psychological, and therapeutic needs which are not covered by insurance. You can read the stories of the children that we have helped by visitinghttps://clowningforkidzfoundation.org/impact
We also provide free clown workshops for children (under the age of 16) to help them gain an appreciation for the art of clowning. It is our goal to encourage them to use it as a basis for self-empowerment, character building, and as a way to develop their public speaking and social skills. We also strive to inform, and empower young people about the importance of civic engagement and connect them with opportunities to help others through our community appearances, which allow us to share the healing power of laughter, and continue our mission to help fulfill the needs of children. We also provide workshop kits to area schools and day care centers, which shall provide licensed educators, with the educational tools that they need to help children reach their full potential and live happy and healthy.
