Volunteers
of the CLOWNING
FOR KIDZ
FOUNDATION
appear at various “fun-raisers” throughout the year
during which they participate in events such as parades, festivals,
fairs, tradeshows, walkathons, and more, on a first come/first
serve basis, in return for a donation used to continue our pledge
to help children.
The
Clowning for Kidz Foundation offers a wide range of entertainment
options for events of all sizes and budgets. When you have our
clowns at your event, they will work to entertain your guests
with their variety of skills ranging from balloon twisting, comedy
magic, skits, and general interaction/walk around with clown props.
Our clowns are trained to focus on providing a full immersion
entertainment experience, providing entertainment as your attendees
are exploring your event and waiting in line for other activities.
This allows your guests to experience feelings of increased overall
enjoyment of your event, a sense of being entertained the whole
time they were there, and having received personal attention from
our volunteers.
All
of the clowns in the Clowning for Kidz Foundation are professionally
trained by our educational staff, all of whom have been Clowning
for many years. Moreover, all of our clown volunteers have gone
through Sex Offender Registry Indicator (S.O.R.I.) and Criminal
Offender Registry Indicator (C.O.R.I.) background checks before
they are allowed to perform in the community. Many of them have
received additional training in the art of clowning, and have
received awards in recognition for their skills and dedication
to the art of clowning.
The
Clowning for Kidz Foundation is available for events throughout
New England; donations made for their appearances are gladly accepted.
These proceeds are used to support the foundation and its cause,
as well as other 501(c)(3) charities that help children. All requests
for clowns are filled on a first come/ first serve basis, according
to the availability of the volunteer members. If an event is more
than 50 miles from our headquarters, accommodations for our members
may be necessary.
